Before receiving your package from the courier company distributor, make sure that the packaging is not damaged.

If the package appears to be damaged, do not accept it but contact us immediately.

Once we receive the returned package, we will send you the new one. In case of open or damaged packaging and finding incomplete content, send us a written complaint to our email address.


This must contain the following information: a cover letter (short description of the requirement), the documentation photo of the entire package and the receipt.

Product returns, which are considered defective upon delivery:

• Shipping costs both for the return of the products to the COMPANY and for the return to the CUSTOMER of the replaced product are borne by the COMPANY.

• In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offset of this claim. against the customer.
